24 Aug EMC 14 – November Retail Energy’s First Virtual Conference and First Ever “Speed Dating” Program!

Energy Marketing Conferences has always strived to be the most impactful conference, tradeshow and media company for retail energy. More than anything, we want our friends and associates to be safe during these unprecedented times. Therefore, we are moving EMC 14 to a really cool 3D virtual conference platform.
We have extensively researched and have found the best platform for hosting a virtual EMC. We will be able to replicate every aspect of our live events – existing panels with over 50 industry leaders, the EMC Integrity Award, Executive Workshops, a 3D virtual exhibition hall, the return of Fastball, Speed Dating, and a networking lounge with chat capabilities.
The 14th Energy Marketing Conference will be a free event. We are expecting over 1000 energy professionals to attend and participate. EMC 14 will be held from 10am-12:30 EST on November 17th, 18th & 19th. The full agenda will be released soon.
Also, we are running a first-time ever “Speed-Dating Program” that will enhance the networking experience at the Energy Marketing Conference taking place virtually on November 17th, 18th and 19th. Speed Dating will take place from 12:30pm – 5:30pm Eastern time all three days of the conference.
Participating REPs will each choose an hour and they will be set up with six “speed dates”, each lasting ten minutes. The REPs and vendors will go to the EMC Speed Dating Room on the platform at the appointed time. There will be a schedule and the participants will be able to video chat with each other.
The REPs who participate are showing the industry that they are leaders, that they aren’t only looking to meet with the professionals that they think will help them, but that they are open and flexible to meet other vendors who can provide products and services that they never considered before. The REPs will be honored in a special way as well.
Vendors who wish to participate in EMC Speed Dating will be sponsors and chosen on a first-come-first serve basis. Highest level sponsors of the Energy Marketing Conference will have their first choice of REPs to meet.
The entire retail energy industry has been entirely focused on their own business continuity for the last five months and we’ve heard from dozens of REPs that there is an incredible amount of pent-up demand for new products and services. EMC 14 is going to be the most exciting, important, and relevant retail energy event ever.
The 14th Energy Marketing Conference will be held virtually on November 17-19.
