iCrowd Newswire – May 18, 2020

New York, NY. Energy Marketing Conferences announced today that, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it has rescheduled the Fall EMC from September 17th to November 17th and moved the event from New York City to the Sunshine State; it will take place at the beautiful Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando. Finally, EMC has announced the building of the retail energy industry’s first and only “Virtual Exhibition Hall” for sponsors and exhibitors.

“We surveyed over 750 of our past attendees, exhibitors and sponsors,” said Jack Doueck, co-Founder of Energy Marketing Conferences, “retail energy professionals thought that the event was especially needed by the industry at this time, but preferred to push back the conference to November and by an overwhelming majority, preferred to do it in Orlando Florida.”

The response has been strong and the pent-up demand for networking has resulted in enthusiasm at moving the world’s largest gathering in retail energy to Orlando.

“EMC has decided to take a three-prong approach to the Coronavirus that we believe will make everyone happy,” said Larry Leikin, co-founder. “We are confident that this will be one of the best Energy Marketing Conferences ever and we have already seen lots of people register in advance and take advantage of our early-bird discount.”

The EMC “Virtual Exhibition Hall” is a one of kind experience with a clean, easy to navigate three-dimensional virtual reality experience. More than 30 Virtual Exhibitors have already signed up and the goal is to build the Virtual Exhibition Hall to 100 exhibitors. The Hall is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

“From now on, anyone looking for products and services in retail energy will be able to access EMC’s Virtual Exhibition Hall any time of day, any day of the year,” said Sue Wright, Director of Operations at Energy Marketing Conferences. “Everyone in the retail energy industry will have free access and will be able to search any one of six main categories: Suppliers, Marketing, Retention, Technology, Wholesale Energy & Finance, and Consulting & Professional services – and over 25 sub-categories. Visitors will be able to view each Virtual Exhibitor’s brochures, white papers, and videos. They can then reach out if they have an interest in a dialogue.

“Moving the conference to Orlando is making my family happy”, said Jack Doueck. “I am looking forward to taking my grandchildren on their first Disneyworld vacation!”
